Most orders placed for our products (either through the website or called-in) should ship within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Usually they will ship either the same day or the next day; however, depending on stock availability, seasonal order load, etc, the packing time may be longer than 3 days.

Shipping time begins at the time the package is picked up by the shipping service. If your shipping method has a guaranteed shipping time (for example a two-day or overnight option), we will be sure to ship your order using that method or an upgraded method.
While we do our best to ship orders placed with expedited shipping as soon as possible, there are bound to be delays at times. Please be certain to contact us by phone if you need a guaranteed receipt date.
Please be aware that selecting an expedited shipping time does not ensure that your order will be fulfilled in any specific time. If you want to guarantee that an order arrives by a particular date, you will need to call us to verify that we can package and ship it according to your schedule. If you place an order with expedited shipping but do not contact us, there is no guarantee on your shipping or receiving date.
